Fractional CRO

GCE Strategic Consulting is looking for experienced Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) to be part of our team’s growth. The CRO is a pivotal new role that directly influences the future of our clients. GCE has a CRO Revenue Enablement model with our clients that uncovers recent business sales, establishes effective sales and marketing alignment, and ensures the most effective systems and processes for the organization’s growth.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • 15+ Years of Work Experience including working with w/scale-up companies.

    • Two Plus years of EOS® Experience (Mandatory)

    • Experience working in a business that has used an Implementer, Not-Self Implemented

    • Strength in the following 3 business disciplines - Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing

    • Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills

    • Copy of DISC and KOLBE Profile Which Reflects CRO Fit

    • Embody GCE’s Core Values of Integrity, Greater good, Execute, Have fun

    • Year One Minimum Revenue $100k, Year Two $150k, Year Three $200k

    • Participate in GCE L-10’s and support EOS® within the company

Fractional Integrator

We are looking for Fractional Integrators to join our team. Our clients are either actively implementing or using EOS® within their organization. We offer an affordable, part-time-but-full-attention service offering to our clients to take on the to-dos and the day-to-day in support of their business success. We push for progress and work to keep the business organized and on-task while freeing the Visionary to focus on the big ideas.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • Requirements:

    • 15+ Years of Work Experience

    • Rocket Fuel Score of 92 Plus

    • Two plus years of EOS® Integrator Experience (Mandatory)

    • Experience Working In a Business that has used an Implementer Not Self-Implemented EOS®

    • Strength in at minimal 3 business disciplines. Examples: Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, HR

    • Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
