How to Sell More Than Ever Before in 2018

 Every business owner and CEO at the beginning of the year is asking themselves the question “How Do We Sell More Than Ever Before?”  Granted it may be worded differently. The question may be, how do we grow or expand? It all boils down to selling more.  For small business owners this question can become daunting due to the 100’s of ways to approach sales. A few key things to keep in mind:

  • Have a vision
  • Tie your strategy to that vision
  • Develop a plan and build goals around the strategy
  • Execute Execute Execute!

Vision drives everythingGenerally, companies that bounce around and that are constantly changing lack a clear vision.  Companies like EOS® have people who can help you define and drive vision.  If you haven’t worked with them yet, I highly recommend you do; you will find a list of experts to talk with here.In order to execute and sell more than ever you need to look at everything, fine-tune and adjust every knob on the dashboard.  Here is a list of some of the areas that we scrutinize to help you grow your company. Ask yourself: Are you doing EVERYTHING you can to sell more in 2018? Or are you like most people who focus on just one or two areas hoping that will be enough?Assuming you have the vision and the strategy components completed, ask yourself and/or your sales leader:

  • What is the plan in 2018 to overachieve?
  • What is our strategy to manage all the different dials that drive results?
