Integrator Teaming With a Certified EOS Implementer™ for the Greater Good

I have been fortunate enough to team up with some great Certified EOS Implementers™.  While it’s possible to implement EOS® by yourself, it’s not a great idea. I am a firm believer that even though not every company requires my service, they do absolutely need a solid Implementer, which is why I am often called by Visionaries and asked to recommend a couple, which I am of course happy to do.  If you are looking for one currently please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. There are some really solid Implementers out there and I can point you in the right direction.

The value of the Certified EOS® Integrator working with the Implementer.

As I’ve discussed many times in the past, Visionaries and Integrators are different.  Having a Certified Implementer at your side to help guide, coach and keep both focused on the VTO and their accountabilities is critical. The Certified EOS® Integrator owns the Operating System. However, getting your Visionary to fully understand this fact at the beginning of the implementation process isn’t always easy.  As a matter of fact, it can flat out be uncomfortable. (And this is coming from a high D person who is comfortable with being uncomfortable!)

Here are some things you can do at the beginning which can help both the Certified EOS® Integrator and the Visionary.  Remember the focus should be on The Greater Good which honestly is a priority above both the Visionary / Implementer

    • If you feel that either of you does not understand the clear accountabilities between the V / I, lean on the Implementer.

    • If the Same Page Meetings are not happening, the Implementer can help with the clarifying and emphasizing how important these meetings are for the business.

    • The Implementer can help with the challenges that go with the importance of GWC and how that ties into execution...

  • Finally, the Implementer can provide much-needed guidance about how their other clients have paved “The Way” and rolled out the core process.

Much can be said for teaming with the right Implementer and the value they bring.  Certified Implementers meet each quarter and examine the curriculum in depth, helping build upon their craft. I guarantee that when you have a strong partnership between your Visionary, Integrator and Implementer, you will see a much higher ROI.
